OIT is continuing to monitor the tool for stability. Please note that only Zoom recordings made on or after May 1st will be imported. Failed recordings made before this date will need to be manually transferred by downloading from Zoom and uploading into MyMediasite. We have identified the problem and are working to resolve it. Our new generation VDI is currently online and working as expected.
